The design of the detached house in Radomlje is shaped by the geometry and orientation of the plot, as well as by the desire to open up views towards the surrounding settlement. The house is further defined by its position at the outer edge of the existing apartment-block development. The plot is accessed from a local connecting road along its eastern boundary.

The programme is distributed across two levels: the living areas are located on the ground floor, together with the service spaces and garage along the eastern side, while the upper floor accommodates the bedrooms.

Situated at the edge of the apartment-block development, the house is conceived as a visual landmark, with a mono-pitch roof designed to intrude as little as possible into the views towards the neighbouring apartment block. The house is “classical” in its construction and material expression—masonry with rendered façades—yet contemporary in its architectural language. The roof is conceived as a clean triangular prism, integrated into a unified building volume.
